COMPLEX EXAMINATION PROCESS FLOW DIAGRAM
THE PROCESS OF A COMPLEX DIAGNOSTICS EXAMINATION USING THE PHONON DIAGNOSTICS TECHNIQUE, AS WELL AS AUXILIARY AND OTHER ADVANCED NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING TECHNIQUES, CAN BE DIVIDED INTO SEVERAL MAIN STAGES:
- At the analytical stage, upon receipt of the SOW, the collection of technical information about the object of the upcoming inspection, the receipt of its working drawings, data on materials and actual geometry and design, the construction of its spatial / mathematical model, the selection of the sensor location configuration, etc.;
- Auxiliary tests allow us to confirm the received data about the object, carry out selective measurements if necessary, make changes to the calculation pattern;
- PDT & Additional Screening Tools allow us to assess the technical condition of the object being examined and identify the most problematic areas;
- Complex post-processing of the data obtained as a result of the examination is carried out using all techniques used;
- Based on the results of complex post-processing of all acquired data, selective confirmation of identified indications is carried out.
